To begin work on your file, you'll need to complete all onboarding requirements: sign your Client Service Agreement, submit your credit monitoring login credentials, upload a valid government-issued photo ID, your Social Security card, and a recent utility bill or proof of address. Your file cannot move forward until all required documents have been received.
Step 4: We Get to Work
Once your onboarding is complete, our specialists will conduct a comprehensive review of your credit profile and prepare a customized dispute strategy tailored to your unique situation. Your first round of dispute letters will be completed and mailed within 72 business hours. From there, we'll continue monitoring your progress and keeping you informed throughout the process.
