How to Request a Refund
Eligibility for the guarantee begins after you have completed the full initial 90 days of the program.
Refund requests must be submitted between Day 91 and Day 120 of your program. Requests submitted after Day 120 will not qualify under this guarantee.
After receiving your request, The Better Finance Solutions LLC may take up to 30 days to review your account, services performed, credit reports, correspondence, and results to verify eligibility.
